After Natasha finished school, she was offered a temporary job for 3 months at GAUTENG MITS as a Secretary, her duties were to answer the phone and do all filing for the organisation.
She was then offered a position as Assistant Manager at a convenience food business. Her duties were to make sure that everything ran smoothly in the shop, and she did sales, stock taking, and all the administration.
After 6 months she was offered a better position at Mattress and Appliance Hyper where her duties were to take stock, do sales, bookkeeping, and she was shop manager. She worked there for 18 months and the company then closed.
She then found another temporary position at ERF Busaf for 1 month as an office lady. Her duty was to do all the filling.
She was offered a position at Realty1 Estate Agencies as an Office Assistant, at this stage. Her duties included keeping the diary, setting up appointments with clients, petty cash, rent collecting, contracts, writing out receipts and general office work. Natasha worked there for three years.
Natasha has been at VCA since 2008 and is an Office Supervisor. She has been paramount in our Skills Development Facilitation projects for these two years and has become a firm favourite with our clients, specialising in schools and the ETDP SETA. She has recently completed an SDF Course with VCA.
She has become proficient in sorting out queries for our clients and is knowledgeable about the different SETAs and their criteria's.
She is the main contact person for assisting clients with any queries and completion of all SETA related forms. She also liaises with the SETAs on the clients' behalf.
She has, additionally, a firm grasp on Employment Equity and enjoys this very technical task.
