Chantal Coetzer completed her Matric and high school career at Barberton High School where she was an active member of the Leadership committees and Sport teams.

Chantal studied 1 year of Sport Management at The North-West University of Potchefstroom, after which she transferred to TUT (Tshwane University of Technology), where she studied Adventure Tourism. She was active in adventure sport such as Wall Climbing, Mountain biking, 4 X 4 Courses, Kayaking, River rafting, Abseiling and Cliffing, Sea kayaking and life guarding.

Chantal was involved at a company named Octagon Adventures during the 2 years that she studied. She was involved in facilitating school groups in activities and went on camps with the school groups to Parys and Pretoria.

Chantal started working at VCA in February 2011. She has been on SDF in-house training and has done her POE. Chantal is one of the Office Administrators. Her job is to answer the phone, filing, working with EMP 201 forms on a daily basis, and assisting in the completion of WSPs, Discretionary Grant claims, as well as assisting companies with their BEE and EE.
