After his high school career Wayne went on to complete his trade as an Electrician/Technician. This involved the installation of CCTV cameras and electric fencing etc.

Wayne was then offered a position as a personal trainer at American Health and Sport also known as Planet Fitness. Here he helped implement and plan specialized training programmes directed towards people with heart problems, low blood sugar and weight irregularities. He attended many in-house training programmes and completed 9 of the 10 levels of in-house courses.

He left the fitness and health industry and was employed at RMCS, which was affiliated with the Edcon group. Wayne was working as an Operations Administrator, this entailed him being responsible for billing reports, debtors and creditors and normal customer care related queries.

Wayne has been with VCA since 2008. He is involved in administrative functions and is attending intensive in-house training on all functions of VCA's operations.

Wayne is currently completing his SDF course and has also completed a Microsoft course in EXCEL.

Wayne also spearheads VCA'S bid to save the environment by implementing the recycling of consumables.
