Ms Mnyateli has a BTech Degree in Human Resource Management as well as a BTech degree in Labour Relations Management, both of which she received from the Vaal University of Technology.

Thantaswa completed her academic career in 2005, and worked for the Edcon Group as a Retail Associate.

Upon completion of her contract at Edcon, Thantaswa was employed at Veld Cooper and Associates (Pty) Ltd as an Office Administrator. Thantaswa hopes that her exposure to the Human Resource environment will help her to grow in the field. Thantaswa is especially passionate about Labour Relations, and would like to use her knowledge in this area to assist in the Human Resources services that VCA already offers. While working at VCA she has assisted companies with various HR functions such as EE plans and reports, BEE assistance and IR issues.

Thantaswa assists clients telephonically and has various in-house duties which she performs diligently.

Thantaswa has varied interests, and enjoys being creative. She expresses this creativity in writing poetry, dancing and painting. Thantaswa also likes to expand her horizons by reading.

Thantaswa is an accomplished dancer, and has won a gold medal at the South African University Sports Association Latin American Dance Competition. Thantaswa also participates in horse-riding.

Thantaswa has now been with VCA for nearly two years and has grown immensely. She is a very valuable employee and will assist you gladly with any BEE, EE or IR query you may have.
